"Seth is friendly, easy going, and responsive. In addition, Seth supported us with the staging process so that we could have the most interest possible. He worked hard to get us the best price for our house, and his advice helped us sell our house quickly! At the same time, he was helping us look for our new home. He was available to help us schedule and tour many houses. He was very knowledgeable about the location so he was able to help us narrow down our search. He provided us with valuable insight, and was by our side every step of the way. We were so grateful for his patience because he took the time to listen to all of our family needs, and never tried to rush us or pressure us. He truly is a great person and realtor to work with!"
